Some update on this bellow.

This seem to work, except when I do some development and I remove and
re-add applet to my panel. Then I sometimes get error when logging in -
the applet fails to load.
I don't know if this is because I often remove add re-add applet or a
conflict with default gnote applet in panel (a bonobo based applet,
which is in panel by default for any new user in Fedora).
For users, that have the default (bonobo) gnote applet on their panels
everything works without any issues, so bonobo-compatibility works fine.

Both patches in undo/redo with bulleted lists bug were buggy. I fixed
them, hopefully will work well now.
Also, while fixing I've discovered one more bug with undo/redo. So, I
add one more patch to test.
Undo/redo works incorrectly with multibyte characters:

I hope to push these patches soon.
