Addin category localization

Hello,

In Tomboy addin names, categories and descriptions are not localized, 
while in Gnote names and descriptions are. But not categories.

I think it's better to localize them, so Gnote does the right thing. 
Until applying this patch, I recently suggested:

When applied, categories become visible to user. I think they sould be 
localizable as well. At least currenly, I don't see any problems in the 
source code, that could prevent doing this.

What do you think about it?


BTW, what is the status of Gnote project? It seems, that is no changes 
in git repository for about 3 months?
