Copyright and some pending patches

Hi,

I have pushed several changes to git during some period of time, but I 
didn't pay any attention to copyright notices, that are in each source 
file. For some files they are incorrect now, AFAIU, and it's probably my 
fault. I can fix them, but the question is - what they need to be?
IANAL, so I'd like to ask about the policies I should follow. Should I 
assign copyright to Debarshi, Hubert or to myself depending on situation?


And a completely different question, here are some patches waiting to be

These seem to be ready to be committed. I'm going to do some additional 
testing and commit them in a few days, so if you see anything wrong, 
please tell that ASAP.

Addin preferences tab. There were some notes in the past, but no review 
for the last version. Hubert, maybe you can spend a few minutes and take 
a look at this?

Notebook rename feature. This is still stuck at a bug inherited from 
Tomboy (template note problem). We can commit this feature with the same 
bug and fix it later, or we can lead the way by fixing it first. Take a
