NoteOfTheDay addin

I just pushed the NoteOfTheDay addin to master. There is a problem
with creating templates for the daily notes where you need to restart
Gnote after creating the template and before the next note-of-the-day
gets created. Otherwise you end up with a blank note instead of the
template. This is due to the differences in C#'s XML classes and
libxml2's way of dealing with XML namespaces.

In the meantime feel free to test the new addin.
