[gnomemm] Gnomemm Installation Problems - Help.

I am running Red Hat 9.0 and am working under the Gnome enviroment and
programming gnome as well.

I am using Glade 2 and my IDE.  I want to use C++ over C and need
'gnome--' to compile the C++ from Glade.

To I try and configure 'gnomemm' but see that my 'gnome-libs' need to be
1.4.1.6 or greater.

To install a later version of gnome-libs requires 'libwrap' to be
installed (which I thought I'd have anyway as I have an early
gnome-libs).

When I try to install 'libwrap-7.6-30.i386.rpm' I get an error message
saying that 'libwrap-7.6-30 conflicts with tcp-wrapper-7.6-34'

I am not too sure where I need to go from here to resolve the problem.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
