[gnomemm] Where is linc 1.1?

I am trying to compile libbononomm 1.3.3, which requires
ORBit-2.0-cpp, which requires the HEAD branch of ORBit2 and the
orbitcpp module.

The HEAD ORBit2 module requires linc >= 1.1.0 but I have 0.5.2.
ftp.gnome.org has linc 1.0, but not 1.1.  There does not seem to
be a 'linc' module in cvs.gnome.org.  Where can I find linc 1.1?
