I've been trying unsuccessfully to resolve a dependency when building
gnomemm-1.2.4. When running configure i'm told that libsigc++ is
missing. I know that is not the case since I just now reinstalled
libsigc++1.2.3.
I'm installing all of the latest gnome, gtk, and *mm stuff in
/usr/unstable. Everything else has built correctly. Configure finds
all of the other libs so what am I doing wrong? I tried setting
--with-sigc-prefix but it asks for sigc-config which is no longer
included with sigc according to the Changelog.
Below is the file I've sourced to set up my environment.
export PATH="/usr/unstable/bin:$PATH";
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/unstable/lib:/usr/local/lib:/usr/lib";
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/usr/unstable/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/lib/pkgconfig";
