No :o  Jingle is not on the TODO list afaik.  I think Damien will be
busy enough with video codec plugins and SIP/SIMPLE presence for 2.2

We were only discussing standards here because I mentioned 'standard'
signalling protocols in my blog :)

There will probably be SIP-jingle voice gateways on the market before
any voice User Agents support SIP _and_ Jingle.

Just to confirm - there are half-a-dozen Standards Track JEPs here
http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jeplist.shtml - they are all Experimental. 
Therefore it will be coding to a moving target - fun perhaps but not
so rewarding for users.
