Hi, I'm having a big problem with Ekiga (both v. 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 on Ubuntu
Dapper Drake). I can't get Ekiga to work with my SIP-provider musimi.dk.
I've tried everything and I've even been able to reach my incoming VoIP-line
by typing "sip:<my number>@musimi.dk", but I cannot reach the normal phone
lines. I know it must be an Ekiga problem, since PC-to-phone works fine with
X-Lite. I think I've tried everything, but I keep getting the error message:
"Registration of 12345678 to musimi.dk failed". Of course 12345678 is not my
real number, just an example. I think I've tried and double-tried every
setting, but it just won't work. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
In my Accounts-tab it says:
L. = checked box, Account name = 12345678, Protocol = SIP, Status =
Registration failed
When I press the properties tab it says:
Account Name: 12345678 <- (My phonenumber/username)
Registrar: musimi.dk
User: 12345678
Password: *********
Authentication Login: 12345678
Realm/Domain: musimi.dk
Registration Timeout: 3600
My preferences -> Protocols -> Network Settings shows this info:
Network Interface, Listen on: eth0 [192.168.1.36]
NAT-opsætning
NAT Traversal Method: STUN
STUN-server: stun.musimi.dk:3478
I'm not behind a firewall. What can I do?
Thanks
