In the store it was called "PC Camera" windows XP identifies it as "Icatch Vi Pc Camera" and Ubunto Linux identifies it as"Flexcam 100", it is USB and I bought at a 1$ store in Montréal. In the CD that came with it, I was not able to find any manufacture information, there was a cd with a driver for XP, but Linux didn't need any driver, it just started to work.... I guess you can find it at any low cost store that sells generic computer stuff, it is dark blue and very small, square about 1.5 inch by 1 inch, it has a stand with a clip, the stand is larger than the camera.....My best guess, the USA price is under 10$

I have this little cheap web cam that I bought at a 1$ store (in Montreal)
for 15$ CAN that works with no problem.... Might I suggest, in this case,
the cheapest the better.....

That's nice to know since I'm considering a quickcam pro 5000 for desktop
and a quickcam for notebook deluxe for laptop. :-)

Any considerations for these webcams?
