I wouldn't recommend it. PWLib was also under heavy development while
Ekiga was done. There is no configure-switch for it, as PWLib is
essential. Stay at 1.9.3.
The packages are without headers? Which packages are these?
The team-packages from BETA2 for SuSE have them (as own packs).
(I mean http://www.ekiga.org/downloads/beta2/suse/ stuff).
