Single ISDN line is hardly enough for audio and video, but if you can live with bad quality/low framerate, it may work. Choose an audiocodec which needs a low bandwidth, either ilbc or one of the speex codecs, and limit the video bandwith to 4kByte/s. Also make sure that the other end is not flooding you with to much packets.
