You probably have changed things because the right syntax is :
1086536533 479 17 golgoth01|Seconix ILS Server|
ils://ils.seconix.com:389/objectClass=RTPerson??sub|rfc822mailbox


Just execute :
gconftool-2 -u /apps/gnomemeeting/contacts/remote_addressbooks_list

And double-click on Seconix ILS Server, it should work.
