I can tell you that my modem and router is a 3Com OfficeConnect Remote 812, 
and that all port exposed in the FAQ 
http://www.gnomemeeting.org/index.php?rub=3&pos=0&faqpage=x213.html#AEN218 
are forwarded to the local IP.

The host has Debian GNU/Linux Sarge installed and updated.

Under these conditions the Configuration Druid reports:
    STUN test result: Blocked.
