[GnomeMeeting-list] gnomemeeting behind an http proxy?

Hello!

Is it possible to use gnomemeeting behind the uni's
http proxy? So far i haven't managed anything with the
settings, gatekeeper or google.
I'm running debian unstable with gnomemeeting-cvs
1.2.1-20050618 (cvs) and no firewalls or iptables.

Any way to make it work, either through an ils
directory, direct connection or tunnels. 
(a few detailed instructions would be appreciated :)
