Hello,

I think that you need to build your own voip network to achieve this. I
suggest you to use Asterisk for that (http://www.asterisk.org).

You can use GnomeMeeting as client, to have this schema :
GnomeMeeting --- PC --- Internet --- PC --- Landline --- Cell Phone
