No, unfortunately not. For this KPhone is a good solution. Actual version 
4.2-2. is to be found here:

search for KPhone. At the moment I am in Argentina and I am using KPhone in 
order to talk via sipgate.de with my family. It is very nice and costs naerly 
nothing.
