OK, I think I found it:
With gconf-editor, edit the following key:
/schemas/apps/gnomemeeting/protocols/h323/ports/rtp_port_range
and set it to a free port range. There are also keywords for other
transports (UDP, TCP, ...).
P.S.: Could this be added to the Troubleshooting sectin of the FAQ, as
this issue will possibly cause a lot of grief to people wishing to
teleconference over private networks, especially OpenVPN.
