I mean a system to synchronize the speech of a person (the audio stream)
with the movement of  his (her) lips (the video stream).

This means, for instance, that if a video frame arrives "first", then it has
to be delayed until the corresponding audio frames arrive (of course, the
delay must respect a given upper limit).
The same thing happens if the audio frames arrive first (I know the problem
arising when delaying audio).

Is there any mechanism ( as scheduling, buffering ...) in gnomemeeting in
order to achieve audio/video synchronization?
