[GnomeMeeting-list] lip sync on gnomemeeting

hi all,
I've to setup a videoconference system and I'd like to use this software.
In this system I need a method (open source if it is possible) of lip sync
between audio and video lip sync.
So, I've a question:
Is there any implemented method of lip sync?
Are anyone interested in this feature?
