When I configure GM to use a Gatekeeper the application crashes.  I am
running GM 0.96.0-4 on Redhat 9.  I have gnugk 2.0.3 running as a Proxy on
RedHat Advanced Server.  NM clients can use the Gatekeeper.  After I set the
Gatekeeper options in GM, gnugk acknowledges the registration request, but
the GM application crashes.
