[GnomeMeeting-list] calls

i just installed gnomemeeting and i cant figure out how tomake calls
without 
havign the IP address, when id id make a call finally i couldnt hear
them and 
they couldnt hear me, we both have our mics on and configured, i can 
hear myself in my headset, but thats it.
