[GnomeMeeting-list] Good headphone y Splitter?

Not really related to gnomemeeting directly, but still a valid
question.  Does anyone know of any type of headphone smart Y splitter. 
A regular splitter halves the volume of output. I would like to have
both my headphones and speakers connected at the same time, instead of
switching them, like I do now(it's a pain to get back the area of my
system). I am not sure there is such a thing, but something like an A/B
switch would work.  If anyone knows of something like this, and has a
link that would be great.  I have looked around and have seen some
battery operated signal boosters, but the battery life was 40 hours.  So
any ideas would be great.
