Hmmm... multiple users talking at the same time:
* software: gnomemeeting+openmcu should do the trick;
* hardware: each user should have a sound input/output, of course;
* network: the box which will centralize the calls will need a good bandwith,
it is less important for the others;
* human factor: a strong discipline is needed, to avoid people talking simultaneously;

I'm sure someone will point out my mistakes and add some of his own ;-)
