-> interface means the outside interface's address and 192.168.0.1 is the 
ip addr of the inside machine

access-list acl_out permit tcp any any eq h323
access-list acl_out permit tcp any any eq 1720
access-group acl_out in interface outside

Not sure about these rules.
Maybe not secure enough but I just read the docs.
