There is a big chance that the CISCO NAT firewall supports H.323. In
that case, you only have to disable H.245 Tunneling and Fast Start
inside GnomeMeeting. A gatekeeper won't work as you have no way to
install the gatekeeper on the Cisco machine. SIP won't work better
either.
