[GnomeMeeting-list] The Jitter buffer

Damien, is it possible that you can explain in short summary the
functionality of the "Jitter buffer" for us newbies. Essentially from
what I understand it basically queues up packets for a certain amount of
milliseconds. However i'm a little confused as to how it exactly works.
