one explanation. i consider microsoft to be bugware.  and recently, when 
trying to use netmeeting for the first time with someone who was running 
xp for an operating system, found out you have to upgrade to xp in order 
for that netmeeting to run ;.  that is what i meant by an x-rated 
operating system.
