Yes but they are the best around and terminate their calls on premium
international carriers.  I have found that their call completion rates into
even the remotest parts of the world are very high.   The hottest part is
that you can also use the same calling account to place cheap calls from
your mobile phone which is really convenient.   For a couple of cents, I
would take WorldCall any day over the others.
