Because you probably broke the dependancies and you are trying to run
opengk with a different version of the libraries than the one it was
compiled for.

Notice that opengk IS NOT an ILS server.

Have you exported the right OPENH323DIR and PWLIBDIR like indicated in
their FAQ ?

I don't think so, NDK is a script, not something you can compile ;)

Just the NDK, you don't need to install a gatekeeper.

That is not the purpose of an ILS server. What do you call a
videoconferencing server? A MCU perhaps?
