Hi,
Make a search on google for "Netmeeting Directory Kit Linux". It is what
you are searching for.
However, for a private, and secure setup, I would suggest you to install
a gatekeeper (http://www.gnugk.org) and to give people a login and
password on that gatekeeper. You can then call people using their logins
or alias (example: callto://divyesh would call you).
