You should not add -DP_HAS_IPV6, it is added automatically if you
compile GM using ./configure --enable-ipv6

Btw, I recommend compiling OpenH323 and GM without IPv6, but let's try
like that first :)

That's wrong: ptlib-includes should be
/Users/alansill/Development/pwlib/include/ptlib/
