You can have all people connect to a conference server and share a "room"
there. Take a look at OpenMCU from http://www.openh323.org/

Maybe it would be better if you use OhPhone (again from
http://www.openh323.org), which supports a bunch of video-out devices,
including dumping to ppm files, etc. Not sure about audio. Or maybe it would be
easier if you had a TV-out, so you just send all picture and audio to a VCR :)
