Hello,

all GnomeMeeting versions support it through the use of a MCU. You can
download openmcu on http://www.openh323.org. Then all clients can
connect to it in different rooms.

There is no password protection, but you could use a gatekeeper and
force registration to the gatekeeper with a password in order to prevent
calls to the MCU from unregistered people.
