[GnomeMeeting-list] GnomeMeeting druid - crash at video test

Hello all,

I just installed GM CVS to test damien's new druid. It works quite nice
until the video-test step.
Several tests had the same result: GnomeMeeting (the druid) crashes if I
change some settings or do several tests.

If somebody else is using GnomeMeeting CVS, please try to change the
video-device in the druid and run the video-test again or even run the
test on the same device several times. If GM crashes, please have a look
at the backtrace - maybe it is the same problem.

I am using pwlib + openh323 CVS, but in this case these libraries should
not be influenced/used.

Let's go on, here is the backtrace:

#0  0x418c5d29 in sigsuspend () from /lib/libc.so.6
#1  0x416f0aff in __pthread_wait_for_restart_signal ()
    from /lib/libpthread.so.0
#2  0x416f2b6a in __pthread_alt_lock () from /lib/libpthread.so.0
#3  0x416ef152 in pthread_mutex_lock () from /lib/libpthread.so.0
#4  0x403bec88 in gdk_threads_enter () from /usr/lib/libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0
#5  0x0807ed0c in gnomemeeting_threads_enter () at misc.cpp:66
#6  0x080714d6 in GMVideoTester::Main (this=0x82e0d30) at
videograbber.cpp:822
#7  0x415b7b58 in PThread::PX_ThreadStart ()
    from /opt/lib/libpt_linux_x86_r.so.1
#8  0x416ee2dc in pthread_start_thread () from /lib/libpthread.so.0
#9  0x416ee329 in pthread_start_thread_event () from
/lib/libpthread.so.0

As you can see, GM crashes during gdk_threads_enter () . I am not a
gdk-expert, but I wonder why my GM just crashes at this step. Normally
it runs quite stable, and the druid is not the only part where GM calls
gdk_threads_enter().

I suppose this is not a GM related problem, but to ensure this I mailed
the Mailinglist ;).
Actually I suppose another part of my system is broken, perhaps anybody
knows which one it is.

Cheers,
Matthias (Matthias on #gnomemeeting)

PS: Damien, the new druid and the new buttons are nice ;)
