GnomeMeeting 0.94.0 has never been released, so I wonder where you get it. But 
the problem you report seems like you have installed a broken package 
(versioned 0.94.1-1) which was available  for a short time. You should get 
gnomemeeting 0.94.1-2 (the 2 is important) from gnomemeeting.org and install 
it. Be sure you have invoked "SuSEconfig --module gconf2" before installing 
gnomemeeting.
