I don't know how to tell.  One minute we are connected and talking and I 
see the other person, and then I'm looking at my video preview.
The other person isn't very technical, so he can't give me much feedback.

The connection was originated from netmeeting. I wonder if it would 
be more robust if initiated from gm?

Problem is, his ip address is auto assigned, and I don't remember the winme
 command to determine the IP address.
