Has anyone been able to get gnomemeeting working with:
gnomemeeting: 0.85.1
kernel: rh7.3 kernel 2.4.18-3
camera: IBM Ultraport Camera II (for thinkpad ultraport USB port)


I did a modprobe ultracam, so /dev/video0 is readable from command line.
In gnomemeeting Edit => Settings => General => Device Settings:

Video Device: /dev/video0
Video Channel: 0 (channel 1 will not open)
Video Size: Large
Video Format: Auto
Video Preview: Checked
For video size Large and Small I get a something that looks like an
intensity frame and then a chroma frame interleaved diagonally like a
checkerboard.


Is the driver/device in some kind of compressed mode?
Should I try a different kernel or driver?

Gnomemeeting *is* the reason I upgraded to RH7.3.
