 you could try CPhone, which is on sourceforge.

It is based on the QT libraries (which work fine on mac) and 
pwlib/openh323.

Some effort may be required, I know nothing about macs, nor do I know what 
is only partially implemented on macs.

I suspect with the latest MAC OS X software it might just work.
