There will be docklet support in gnome2.2. I plan to update docklet
support in gnomemeeting once gtk+2.2 is released.
Btw, there's a docklet applet for gnome2 somewhere in the gnome cvs, I
think the redhat beta has it, but it won't work (yet) with gnomemeeting.
