The CVS has been updated and is available in the Gnome CVS or on
ftp://linuxzone.ath.cx

It needs the latest versions of the OpenH323 and PWlib libraries that
you can find on http://www.openh323.org

This CVS version sees several bugs fixed when a connection begins or
ends and I see that CVS version as the first version that is really
stable since version 0.11 of GnomeMeeting for video-conferencing
aspects. The code for video bandwidth limitation has been added and
seems to work ! Jitter Buffer is ok too.

Please rm ~/.gnome/gnomemeeting if you try it.

Some parts will still need some work (ILS, options management, ...).
