[GnomeMeeting-list] OpenH323Proxy

Apparently an unofficial new version (that works) of OpenH323Proxy
is out and available at : 
http://geminis.myip.org

Provided that some incoming ports are allowed on the firewall,
OpenH323Proxy will play the role of a Gatekeeper and of a Proxy.
It permits to authenticate with a login password. GnomeMeeting 0.12
doesn't permit that but if OpenH323Proxy is reported to work, then I'll
implement it :)
