1) I developed a new website in PHP, using the HTML design of Cédric
Valcke. It will permit me to update the website more often and more
easily. For example, adding a news, or adding a screenshot is really
easy now (the page of screenshots is automatically generated from the
content of a directory).

2) Rafaël Pinilla has created a new FAQ based on the old one. This FAQ
will now be maintained by Rafaël and evolve thanks to him. It would be
interesting to have a section called "Tested webcams" where all webcam
that have been tested and reported to work by users could be added.

3) I'm polishing 0.12 before the release. I think that it will be the
best release of GnomeMeeting since the beginning with A LOT of new
features and a more stable code base (complete rewrite of the ILS and
video preview stuff).

4) Paul has been working on PERL scripts to permit to build an ILS
directory for GnomeMeeting users. It seems to work. I had contact with
the leader of a famous Linux company, and it is *possible* that an
official ILS directory will be setup for GnomeMeeting users.

5) Some statistics of the website : about 160 000 page views since the
2th of july, and still about 160/200 downloads of GnomeMeeting 0.11 each
day. The server has uploaded more than 4 GB in the 10 last days. The
mailing list has now 124 subscribers.

6) GnomeMeeting has been included in Mandrake 8.1 and more recently in
Suse 7.3.

Thanks to all the people involved in the project (coders, patchers,
testers, packagers, and so on...) for their support !
