[GnomeMeeting-list]low speed connection

Here are my settings :
Video Size : Small
Video Format : Pal
Video Quality : 31
Updated blocks : 00
Transmitted FPS : 4
My camera is a philips vesta Pro 680
I'm using gnomemeeting 0.11
I don't know why but netmeeting users only receive 1 frame each 10 minutes in worst quality settings. The speed of my connection is 33600 Bps. The sound is OK (with MS-GSM).
I don't know what's wrong.
Could somebody help me ?
