Great news!
The quality will still be better if your friend installs the MS-GSM
codec for Netmeeting (see download section of the website).

* if they register on argo.dyndns.org, it will work
* 0.13 will have a rewritten ILS module (thanks to Paul) that will
permit to register to ILS servers and to be seen by windows users.
