[GnomeMeeting-list] LEAME.txt for NM-GSM package

Hi All,

I translated to Spanish the README.txt for the NM-GSM codec download.
I had to do it anyway to help some friends of mine install it,
but I thought I should send it to the list in case you guys
wanted to include it in the download section of gnome.org

#### LEAME.txt

instcodec.exe es un programa para instalar un codec GSM en NetMeeting 3.01

Fue obtenido del Microsoft NetMeeting SDK y compilado sin cambios. 

Tienes que copiar instcodec.exe en el directorio donde fue instalado 
NetMeeting. Usualmente: Program Files/NetMeeting.
Luego puedes correr instcodec desde el directorio de NetMeeting y agregar
o quitar el codec MS-GSM. Debes asegurarte de que NetMeeting no este 
corriendo cuando ejecutes instcodec.exe

Nota: el codec MS-GSM es ligeramente diferente del GSM.
Afortunadamente OpenH323 reconoce a ambos.
