When ringing, the tray image isn't in sync with the sound.

Perhaps due to pwlib and glib not using the same unit for time 
intervals, because I'm pretty sure both are set to the same value, since 
I made the code something like [pseudo-code ahead]:
guint interval = 1000;
setup_tray_blink (interval);
setup_ringing (interval);
