[GnomeMeeting-devel-list] Compilation fails on missing files

latest snap (co'd ~4am) doesn't compile through, due to missing
statusicon.h.
I looked deeper and saw that not even the main code sysconfig.cpp was in
there.

gui/addressbook.cpp:48:24: statusicon.h: No such file or directory
gui/addressbook.cpp: In function `void show_chat_window_cb(GtkWidget*,
void*)': gui/addressbook.cpp:1814: error: `gm_statusicon_signal_message'
undeclared (first use this function) gui/addressbook.cpp:1814: error:
(Each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each function it
