Hmm...

It is Ok to use another interface when not avaiable, but I want use MY
interface when it's avaiable.

You could change that these settings are not written to gconf-registry.
That would rwsult in following behavior:

Day 1 - Offline
- ---
gconf: ppp0
gnomemeeting: ppp0 - not avaiable -> let's use eth0 instead ( but don't
write eth0 to gconf )

Day 2 - Online
- ---
gconf: ppp0
gnomemeeting: ppp0 - avaiable -> let's use ppp0
