1. Remove PWLIB, OPAL, OPENH323 and gnomemeeting.
2. Install LDAP and LDAP-devel.
3. Compile and install PWLIB ( don't forget to run ldconfig )
4. Compile and install OPAL and OPENH323 ( run ldconfig after install )
5. Compile and install GNOMEMEETING

This is the safest way to clean up your LDAP chaos.
